Sustainable Production Solutions
Our CNC routers enable us to produce plastic parts with high precision in a safe and efficient manner, reducing material use and waste. We manage offcuts and production waste by shredding it and sending it to Arges in Alta for recycling into plastic pellets, which can be used to manufacture plates or pipes for our production.
One of our goals for increased sustainability is to focus more on this type of recycling, enabling us to offer a return scheme for all our products. This allows customers to return products to us for recycling or reuse of the plastic for suitable purposes.
Through such processes, we help conserve natural resources like raw materials, energy, and water, as recycling reduces the need to extract new resources. Additionally, it helps reduce the amount of waste ending up in landfills and incinerators, thereby reducing pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.
